Who we are

OSOGOODS (trading as "OSO") operates osogoods.shop. Contact: hello@osogoods.shop.

What this is

We curate a small set of objects, package them in our boxes, and ship them through fulfillment partners. We don't manufacture the products; we choose them and stand behind the experience.

Using the store

  • You may use the store to view, browse, and (once enabled) buy products.
  • You may not scrape, crawl, or copy the site in bulk without written permission.
  • The OSO mark, name, and visual identity are ours. Other product names belong to their respective owners.

Orders & payment

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm by email when the order is accepted and the supplier has it.
  • Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see your full card number.
  • Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Sales tax / VAT is added at checkout where applicable.
  • If a product is mispriced (a real error, not buyer's remorse) we'll let you know and either correct the price or refund in full.

Shipping

  • Production / handling time varies by product and is shown on each product page.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address.
  • We ship internationally where the supplier supports it.
  • Tracking number is emailed when the carrier picks up.

Returns

See our returns policy. Short version: 30 days on defective or wrong items. Buyer's-remorse returns aren't offered on dropship items.

Liability

We're a small operation. To the extent allowed by law, our maximum liability for any claim related to your order is the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Service availability

The store is offered as-is. We try to keep it up, but sometimes things go wrong — a supplier API goes down, a product runs out of stock at fulfillment time, a payment processor has an outage. When something breaks, we refund promptly and try to communicate clearly.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always here, with a date at the top.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes go through the courts of Abu Dhabi.
