Privacy policy

The short version

We collect what we need to ship your order and improve the store. We don't sell your data. We use as few third parties as possible.

What we collect

• Order data: the name and shipping address you give us, your email, your order contents, and the last four digits of your card (Stripe handles the rest — we never see your full card number).
• Customer-service data: emails you send to hello@osogoods.shop and our replies.
• Site analytics: aggregated traffic numbers via Cloudflare's privacy-preserving analytics. No cookies. No personally identifying data.

What we don't collect

• We don't run ad-tracking pixels on the store.
• We don't sell or share customer lists with any third party for marketing.
• We don't fingerprint your device or track you across other sites.

Who we share data with — only the minimum to fulfil your order

• Stripe: processes your payment. They see your card and email.
• Zendrop / Printful / other suppliers: get your name, shipping address, and order contents so they can produce and ship.
• Resend / Postmark (transactional email): your email address, so they can deliver order confirmations and shipping notifications.
• Cloudflare: routes your traffic and provides analytics in aggregate.

We share nothing else, with anyone else, for any other purpose.

Cookies

The store itself uses no cookies. Stripe Checkout (when you actually pay) sets cookies that Stripe uses for fraud prevention — those are Stripe's, not ours.

Your rights

Email hello@osogoods.shop and ask us to:

• Tell you what data we have on you
• Correct any of it
• Delete it (with the exception of records we're legally required to keep — e.g., tax records)
• Export it

We'll respond within 14 days. EU/UK customers: same rights under GDPR. California: same under CCPA.

Children

Our products include toys, but the store is for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top. Material changes get an email to anyone with an order on file.
