Where we ship
We ship wherever our fulfillment partners ship — most of North America, Europe, the UK, and Australia. A few products are limited to specific regions based on supplier warehouse location. Each product page shows the available destinations.
How long it takes
- Handling time: typically 1–3 business days from order. Listed on each product page.
- Transit time: depends on origin and destination. US-to-US is usually 3–7 business days; international 7–20 business days.
Both times are estimates. We share the carrier's tracking when the package leaves; from there your delivery date is in the carrier's hands.
How much it costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the product's weight and origin. We charge what the carrier charges — no markup, no surprise.
Customs & duties
If you're outside the supplier's home country, customs may charge an import duty or VAT at delivery. That's your country's tax, not ours — we can't prepay it. We'll provide a customs declaration with the accurate value and description.
Tracking
When the carrier picks up, you'll get an email with a tracking number. We also list it on your order page if you have an account. The tracking page is the carrier's; we don't gate it.
Lost in transit
Most "lost" packages are just slow. If yours hasn't moved for 10 business days, email hello@osogoods.shop with your order number. We open a claim with the carrier; if it's still missing on day 30 we replace or refund — your pick. See our returns policy.
Address mistakes
Tell us within 24 hours of ordering if your address is wrong — we can usually still catch it before the supplier prints the label. After that, the package ships to the address on file. If it comes back to the supplier, we can re-ship at cost.
